Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. cornmeal
    3 large eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Bring milk to boil.
    Stir in cornmeal and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and cool until batter is stiff.
    Add eggs, baking powder, salt and butter; beat with electric beater 5 minutes.
    Pour into greased casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
