Grape Nuts Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
    1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 egg, beaten well
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Soak Grape-Nuts an hour in the cup of buttermilk.
    Then add egg and sugar.
    Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt; stir into mixture along with the teaspoon of melted butter. Mix well. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven 45 to 50 minutes.
