Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 C. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 C. sugar
    1/2 C. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 large eggs
    2 1/2 C. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 C. diced cooking apples (3 lg.)
    1 C. chopped pecans (lg. pieces)
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 325 degrees.
    Blend oil, sugar, brown sugar together.
    Add eggs 1 at a time into sugar mixture.
    Add vanilla. Fold in apples and nuts.
    Cook 50 minutes to 1 hour.
    Cool 20 minutes.
