Teriyaki Turkey Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. turkey wings
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sherry
1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger root or 1 tsp. ground ginger
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
water (optional)
Preparation

Place wings in a single layer in a shallow pan.
Roast, uncovered, in 375\u00b0 oven 45 minutes until skin is crisp.
Drain.
