Baked Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
    3/4 c. green pepper strips
    2 c. sliced celery
    2 c. French-cut green beans
    2 c. tomatoes, cut up (stewed or plain)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in 7 x 10-inch low glass pan.
    Cover and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Serves 8.
