Roast Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rib or loin pork chops (1 1/4 to 1 3/4 inches thick)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    3 tsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place pork chops in large roasting pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, turning once, basting with sauce.
    Cook onion and garlic in 1/4 cup vegetable oil until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients. Pour over chops, cooking until tender.
