Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped fine
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. medium/sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. bread crumbs or crushed croutons
Preparation
    Cook cabbage until tender.
    Brown beef and drain.
    Drain cabbage well and add ingredients, except bread crumbs.
    (Save some cheese to mix with bread crumbs.)
    Spray casserole dish with Pam; pour casserole in.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs and remaining cheese over top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
