Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cube steak
    butter
    pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (not the golden)
    3/4 c. water
    1 clove sliced garlic or powder to equal
Preparation
    Brown cube steak (no flour) in butter (melted) in frypan.
    Use pepper (no salt).
    Cut in bite size pieces after browning.
    Mix soup, water and garlic.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Put steak and liquid in covered casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve on cooked noodles or mashed potatoes.
