Velvet Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 2/3 c. beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, over low heat, cook mushrooms, onion and parsley in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour and cook 1/2 minute.
    Remove from heat and gradually add broth, stirring constantly.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in sour cream until blended. Heat through, but \"don't boil\".
