Spanish Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. noodles (8 to 10 oz.)
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles as instructed on package.
    Drain.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Stir in flour.
    Then add tomato juice, mushrooms (in juice), sugar, salt and pepper.
    Put noodles into 9 x 13-inch greased pan (or 2-quart casserole).
    Add cheese cubes.
    Pour tomato juice mixture over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is bubbly and lightly browned.
