Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Ritz crackers
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 large eggs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. Vidalia onions
    3/4 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    paprika
    parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix crumbs with melted margarine.
    Press into 8-inch pie pan.
    Saute thinly sliced onions in 2 tablespoons of margarine until clear, but not brown.
    Spoon into crust.
