Featherweight Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. small curd cottage cheese
    3 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and cheese together.
    Beat egg yolks until lemon colored.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Beat egg whites stiff, but not dry.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Drop in small spoonfuls on a griddle and brown on both sides.
    A lid helps cook these through. Yield: 12 (3-inch) pancakes.
