Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 tsp. lemon extract
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. walnuts or pecans
1 box Golden Raisins
Preparation

Line cake pan with greased paper.
Put all fruits and nuts in a bowl and put all flour on them and mix thoroughly with hands. Do no cut fruit or nuts.
In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Beat eggs then add to creamed butter and sugar, add flavoring.
Pour this mixture over fruits and nuts.
This is easily done with a spoon but hands may be used.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 3/4 hours.
