Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses
2 eggs
4 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
1 tsp. each: ginger and salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Melt Crisco in saucepan over low heat.
Remove from heat and cool.
Add sugar, molasses and eggs.
Beat well.
Add dry ingredients, mixing well.
Chill.
Form 1-inch balls and roll in granulated sugar.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
