Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen spinach
    6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
    1/4 lb. melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine egg, onion, soup and 1/2 grated cheese.
    Pour over drained and squeezed spinach and mix.
    Mix melted margarine and stuffing mix together and pour over spinach mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
