Cookie Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 package of yeast
    1/4 cup warm water (not hot)
    4 cups flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp grated orange rind
    1 1/4 cup sugar-reserve 1 cup
    1 cup butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 cup scalded milk, cool to lukewarm
    1 Tbsp cinnamon
Preparation
    In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in water. In a large bowl combine flour, salt, orange rind, and 1/4 cup sugar. Cut in butter with fork. Combine eggs, milk, dissolved yeast and add to flour mixture. Combine lightly, cover tightly. Refrigerate overnight. Divide dough in half on a floured surface. Roll each piece into an 18 x 12 rectangle. Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixed with cinnamon. Roll up tightly beginning at the wide end. Cut each roll into 1 inch slices. Place cut side up on a greased baking sheet. Flatten with palm of hand. Bake at 400\u00b0 about 12 minutes. Glaze-orange juice and powdered sugar. Pour over warm rolls.
