Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    2 avocados
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
    1/2 c. mayo (approximately)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    chopped fresh tomatoes
    chopped black olives
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix avocados with mayo, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
    (Add more mayo if dry.)
    Add taco seasoning to sour cream. In a pie or quiche plate, layer refried beans, avocado mix and sour cream.
    Top with chopped tomatoes, cheese and olives.
