Kelly'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium thick pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 medium lemon
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. chili sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
    Arrange in baking dish.
    Cut onion and lemon into 6 slices.
    On each chop, place in order:
    1 onion slice, 1 lemon slice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon chili sauce. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
    Bake 35 minutes, remove foil and bake another 35 minutes.
