Low-Fat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. applesauce
    3/4 c. egg substitute
    1 c. bananas, chunked (about 3 small bananas)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2/3 c. honey
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. instant milk powder
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Mix applesauce, honey, egg substitute, banana chunks, water and vanilla in food processor or with mixer.
    Mix in dry ingredients, using as few strokes as possible.
    (Optional:
    Stir in 1 cup walnuts and/or 1 cup raisins.) Pour batter into loaf pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.
