Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 c. cooked or fresh tomatoes
    1 large bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    2 stalks celery
    4 strips bacon or 2 sausage links, chopped
Preparation
    Take meat, peppers, onion and celery and cook them on stove until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and bake for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
