Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 - 8 Pork chops
2 qt. sliced potatoes
1 qt. sliced onions
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place seasoned chops in bottom of large baking or casserole dish.
Layer potatoes and onions alternating on top.
Spread mushroom soup over all.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
