Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries, thawed (reserve 1/2 c. juice)
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Grease and flour two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
    Combine all dry ingredients
    and
    mix well.
    Make a well in the center of mixture and
    pour
    all
    liquids
    into it.
    Mix by hand.
    Pour mixture into pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tester inserted
    in center
    comes
    out clean.
    Can be frozen.
    Slice thinly before completely thawed.
    Can spread with cream cheese spread. Refrigerate until served.
