Skillet Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (about 1/2-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    2 medium onion, thinly sliced
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from pork chops.
    Heat fat in skillet until you have about 2 tablespoons of drippings.
    Remove trimmings. Coat chops with flour and brown slowly on both sides in hot fat. Combine cheese, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the mixture over the meat.
    Cover with potato slices.
    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture.
    Add onion slices.
