Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten slightly
1 stick oleo, melted
1 can regular corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Mix well with a spoon. Put into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, 55 to 60 minutes.
