Shortcut Frozen Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small instant lemon pudding mix
1 pt. Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (1 lb.) fruit cocktail
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mini marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 can mandarin oranges

Preparation

Prepare pudding mix according to package directions.
Blend in topping, mayo and lemon juice.
Fold in remaining ingredients and turn into 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
Freeze until firm.
You could also use papers in 12 muffin tins.
