Mexican Mess - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    cumin
    chili powder
    salt
    garlic powder
    1 can chopped green chiles
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 can pinto beans
Preparation
    Brown meat and add seasonings to taste. Add chiles, tomatoes and pinto beans. Turn heat to low and let mixture simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over tortilla chips and top with cheese.
