Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe avocados, mashed
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped or substitute with powder
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    approximately 2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Eat and enjoy.
