Fruited Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    salt and pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Combine oil, lemon juice and orange juice in large bowl.
    Stir well.
    Place chicken breast in mixture; turn to coat.
    Marinate at least 20 minutes.
    Turn occasionally.
