Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix the sugar, oil and eggs; mix well.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured bread pans or 3 greased and floured 1-pound coffee cans at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes or until done.
