Mexi-Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can mashed refried beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 c.)
1/2 medium green pepper, finely chopped (about 1/4 c.)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. chili powder
shredded lettuce
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix dairy sour cream, Cheddar cheese and chili powder.
Spread over ground beef mixture when cooled.
Sprinkle with shredded lettuce and grated Cheddar cheese.
Serve with corn chips.
Makes 3 1/2 cups dip.
