Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits (regular)
    3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese or 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, diced
    4 to 5 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt to taste
    1/2 to 1 tsp. Tabasco
    1/2 to 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of cayenne pepper
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Boil grits in water, milk and salt in a heavy pan.
    Stir often until stiff.
    Stir diced/grated cheese into hot grits.
    Add butter.
    Cool.
    Blend eggs into mixture.
    Season to taste with salt, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and paprika.
