New Yorker Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    6 large or 8 medium eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. fresh lemon rind
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Butter bottom and sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan; then dust with crumbs, rolling to coat.
    Place pan in oven for about 4 minutes.
    Remove to rack and keep oven at 350\u00b0.
