Golden Carrots And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large carrots, sliced
    1 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. sliced onions
    3/4 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Cook carrots in 1 cup water with bouillon cubes. Saute onions in butter until golden (keep lid on). Mix flour in 1/2 cup cold water and add to onion. Heat until thickened.
    Add carrots in broth and 1/4 teaspoon pepper to onions.
    Mix. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole and sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
