Summer Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. summer squash (yellow and zucchini)
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar, Jack or Mozzarella)
    red wine (optional)
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender (in water or red wine).
    Place in baking dish with tomatoes and chiles; top with cheese.
    Bake until warmed through and cheese is melted.
