Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
5 potatoes, cooked and diced
1 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
1/2 onion
grated cheese (any type)
16 oz. sour cream
Preparation
-
Brown ground beef and onions.
Pour potatoes and beef into baking dish.
Add salt and pepper.
Spoon sour cream over mixture.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese has melted.
Serve with salad.
