Hot Or Cold Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. celery, cut on angle
1 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. light cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. or more cashews
Preparation

Combine the chicken, onion, celery and green pepper.
Mix the cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and vinegar for dressing.
Add the cashews.
Combine chicken mixture and dressing.
Heat in oven, if desired to serve hot, at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
