Crab Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat (fresh is best, pick through to remove cartilage)
2 stalks celery, minced
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Accent
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
cracker crumbs
Parmesan cheese
butter
Preparation

Butter casserole dish.
Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs and cheese in a bowl.
Mix well, then let sit for 1 hour. Place in the buttered casserole dish.
Top with cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese and dot with butter.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Yield: 4 servings.
