Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cold water
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
2 c. pecans halves
Preparation

Add water to egg white; stir in sugar, salt and spices.
Mix well.
Add nuts and stir until coated.
Place nuts, flat side down, on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove from pan immediately.
