Dill Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Desired amount of carrots cut in strips
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dill weed or 2 Tbsp. of fresh dill
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Boil carrots until just tender.
    Make mixture of vinegar, salt, sugar, and dill weed and soak carrots for several hours or overnight.\tDrop carrots into this mixture while still hot. Before serving, remove carrots, reserving liquid.
    Serve on a dish with a sprinkling of the parsley.
    Also the reserved liquid may be used again.
