Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut rhubarb
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs (separated)
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    lump of butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Add water and egg yolks.
    Mix with rhubarb and put into unbaked pie shell.
    Top with butter and bake to custard consistency.
    For first 10 minutes bake pie at 425\u00b0, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until done.
    Cover with meringue made from 2 egg whites and brown.
