Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 egg
    8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, reserve a little for top
    1/2 carton ricotta or cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch ground pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Prepare filling by mixing spinach, egg, cheeses, salt and pepper. Layer noodles, filling and sauce twice in a baking dish. Sprinkle reserved mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
