Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. flour
3 c. raw apples, chopped

Preparation

Fold in chopped pecans and raw apples.
Spread in well greased and lightly floured stem or flat cake pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
