Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cube steak
    1 can onion soup
    1 c. water
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. catsup
Preparation
    Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
    Dip in flour.
    Brown quickly in oil.
    Place steak in saucepan, adding onion, water, soup and catsup.
    Simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
    If steak is not tender, cook a little longer.
    Add bell pepper 15 minutes before removing from heat.
    Serve on hot rice.
