Hen Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 6 lb.) hen, skin and fat removed
    Mrs. Dash seasoning
    biscuit dough (homemade)
Preparation
    Season hen
    with
    Mrs.\tDash (to taste) before cooking. Cook hen
    until\ttender,
    cool
    and
    remove
    from bones.
    Line baking dish
    with biscuit dough (either roll thin with rolling pin or press
    each
    biscuit thin with fingers).
    Overlap only slightly. Add boned chicken and enough broth to keep meat and bread moist. Cover
    top\twith biscuits done in same manner as other crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 until golden brown (approximately 30 to 40 minutes).
