Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream oleo; add sugar and eggs, mixing well.
Add dry ingredients alternately with bananas.
Stir in nuts.
Bake in greased loaf pan or tube cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
