Happy Hour Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
6 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
2/3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 (0.56 oz.) pkg. toasted onion dip mix
1/3 c. finely crushed corn chips
2 Tbsp. each: red wine and soy sauce
Preparation

Brush mushroom caps with melted butter.
Combine softened butter, garlic and Monterey Jack cheese.
Mix well.
Add toasted onion dip mix and corn chips.
Stir in red wine and soy sauce. Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
Place on baking sheet; broil until bubbly and lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
