Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes (unpeeled)
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash unpeeled potatoes; cut lengthwise into wedges or strips. Place, skin side down, on 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients; brush over potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, brushing with oil-cheese mixture every 15 minutes.
    Turn potatoes over the last 15 minutes.
