Chicken Ritz - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender and cut into small pieces.
Mix sour cream, soup and chicken together.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
Put crushed Ritz crackers on top of chicken mixture.
Cut oleo into small pieces and place around on top of crackers.
Cover and put in microwave for about 10 minutes or bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
