Special Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium size russet potatoes
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. juice or powdered garlic
    1 to 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Wash, peel and slice potatoes.
    Mix soup, milk and garlic. Pour over potato slices thoroughly.
    Bake in covered casserole dish in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until fork inserts easily into potatoes.
    During the last half hour of baking, spread cheese over the top (be sure to keep covered).
