Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large fresh mushrooms
    grated Swiss cheese
    spices
Preparation
    Cut stems off mushrooms and finely chop.
    Clean out caps of mushrooms.
    Mix grated cheese, stems, spices or seasonings of your choice.
    Put into caps.
    Place on cookie sheet or in casserole dish; bake until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
